Telling us what you were doing and what happened instead saves a round trip. If it's about a particular exchange, the group name and roughly when you created it is enough — please don't paste anyone's private link, including your own.

What to expect
Every message is read. This is a small independent project rather than a company with a support team, so replies can take a few days — longer in December, when the site is busiest. Bug reports jump the queue.
One thing we can't help with: telling you who drew your name. We can't see it either — the pairings aren't visible to us or to your organizer, which is rather the point.
